These are basic videos for consumers who want to enhance their existing iiotsys™ IoT Switch installations by implementing their own home automation server using the server software available for download from our website. 

openHAB is a mature, open source, technology agnostic home automation platform software which runs at the center of your automation. openHAB software integrates different home automation systems, devices and technologies into a single stand alone, cloud or hybrid solution. The  iiotsys™ Mobile API and iiotsys™ Web Application allows seamless integration of  iiotsys™ IoT Switches into openHAB. 

The concept is to download a ready-made image or virtual machine home automation server software and deploy it to a platform of choice.

• VMware Workstation Player
• VMware free ESXi hypervisor
• Raspberry Pi 3B or 3B Plus.
• Ported to other third party virtualization platforms.

Once deployed the iiotsys™ IoT Switches can be published using the Mobile App API or by use of the built-in iiotsys™ Web App be added to the home automation server.

Once added control the iiotsys™ IoT Switches using the mobile App or openHAB App.

The next steps would be to use the Mobile App scheduler or the iiotsys™ Web App scheduler.
